OUR STORY

The Mindful Risk Group was founded by Executive Directors Bronwyn Smart and James Ritchie who, after successful careers in large organisations, knew that their mission was to empower leaders to embrace risk management as a value creator, rather than just a downside protector.

The Mindful Risk Group was created in 2018 to achieve this vision. Following this, The Mindful Risk Community of Risk Management evolved, becoming Australasia’s preeminent professional development community for professionals in Risk, Governance and Safety.
